Councillor Vacancies

Could you be a Parish Councillor?

Little Stanney & District Parish Council is a volunteer body that represents the four parishes of Croughton, Little Stanney, Stoak and Wervin. Councillors attend regular meetings (typically 6–8 per year), contribute to local decisions, and help shape the future of their community.

No prior experience is necessary — just an interest in your local area and a willingness to participate. The council provides support and training for new members.

Local Elections 2023

From 4 May 2023, people who wish to vote in person (including those acting as a proxy) will be required to produce an accepted form of photo ID. This is a change to previous voting requirements.
